TIME-SERT 1415G Aluminum Oil Pan Drain Thread Repair M14x1.5x6.6mm

First time repair for Aluminum drain pan thread repair kit includes all the tools and 5 inserts 6.6mm p/n 14151. You can turn all the tools in this kit with 12 point sockets. 12 point sockets will hold a square. 1) Drill square = 1/2 inch 12 point socket. 2) CounterBore square = 7/16 inch 12 point socket. 3) Tap square = 7/16 inch 12 point socket . 4) Driver tool square = 3/8 inch 12 point socket.

  Drill Bit for drilling initial hole for thread tap.

  C-bore or Counter Bore for making recess for lip of insert, allowing insert to sit "flush".

  Tap guide, PN 34155 to guide tap in straight. 

  Tap, PN J42385-411 for tapping new threads for insert.

  Driver, PN 34154 for installing thread insert.
