TIME-SERT regular size replacement insert used in M11 x 1.5mm thread repair kits. This is a common size head bolt thread repair inserts used in several different TIME-SERT thread repair kits like the J-42385-2000, J-42385-500, 2200, 7111, 6001 and 6111. 

Outside diameter .495" or 12.60mm - this is measuring on the outside of the threads.
