TIME-SERT 1112 Metric Thread Repair Kit M11x1.25 with Inserts

TIME-SERT 1112 Metric Thread Repair Kit M11x1.25, comes with a quantity of 5 inserts part number 11123 which are 22mm long. This kit is commonly used on Polaris engines for head bolt threads along with the longer 30mm inserts part number 11127.  Please note that this is a surface repair kit, when the threads are near the surface. Note that driver oil pn 6010 and red thread locker pn 6020 are sold separately.

If working on head bolt threads that are down below the surface, use the Universal head bolt kit 11125. It has much different and longer tooling which allows the inserts to be installed further down the hole as needed instead of near the surface.
