Shipping & Returns

We cannot uses our customer's shipping accounts. FREE shipping on orders that qualify for Ground Shipping which subtotals $199 and up shipped within the Continental United States. We also have some individual items that are less than $199 that have free shipping. Look for the free shipping graphic! *Free shipping does not apply outside the Continental United States. The $199 free shipping policy, excludes larger items that Ships by Truck. Larger truck shipped items ship free within the Continental United States that subtotals $1399 and up. Not sure if your order qualifies for free shipping? Just add the items and zip code and calculate shipping. *We will verify shipping costs at order fulfillment. We are not responsible for typographical, pictorial or pricing errors. See our Waiver/Disclaimer below for more details. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments may require additional shipping costs. We review shipping costs at the time of order fulfillment and will contact our Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers if needed. Although, many times we are able to use USPS at no additional cost to our Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers.

TIME-SERT Express Shipping

We offer Express "faster" shipping times on certain Time Sert products. Look in the specific Time Sert product description to see if the product you need is included in this offer. Keep in mind that the order needs to be placed early enough in the day, usually before 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday. Of course Holidays can affect delivery times. Our Express shipping means we will have your item delivered within 1 to 2 days. We primarily use UPS and USPS for this faster shipping method. Warranty

Items purchased from DenLorsTools.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. DenLors Tools does not directly cover any products. Within the first 30 day's from the date of purchase DenLors Tools will assist in facilitating replacement or repair of defective products. Warranty replacement or repair is determined by the respective manufacturer. Items which are mis-used will not be covered. The manufacturer's warranty may be in force beyond 30 days of the initial purchase date. With this being stated; we rarely have a problem with defects because our products are new, NOT reconditioned unless otherwise noted (however, if you have a problem we'll work with you). A very small percentage of items are damaged during shipment (by carriers like UPS or Fedex), if this occurs, notify us as soon as possible so we can start a claim with the carrier. You will be shipped a replacement once the damaged item is returned (we will deal with the shipping company, this is not your problem). With truck shipped items (freight shipped by truck), inspect for damage prior to accepting delivery. Truck/Freight shipping is much more expensive than regular carrier services. It is the customer's responsibility for pay for return shipment if needed due to a damaged Truck/Freight shipped item being wrongfully accepted. Therefore, it is imperative that Truck/Freight items are inspected thoroughly before accepting delivery. If the item is damaged DO NOT accept delivery and notify us. Items that are outside 30 days from the purchase date, will need to be shipped by you, directly to the manufacturer if an extended warranty applies. Manufacturer warranty information and instructions are typically included within the package of the product (warranty information can also be obtained from the manufacturer). We do not handle manufacturer warranties directly, so we recommend keeping any warranty information that may be received with the package and a copy of your invoice until the warranty period expires. You are responsible for any shipping costs, both to and from DenLorsTools or the respective manufacturer if there is a warranty issue or if an item is damaged by the shipping company during transit.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to mis-use, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product literature. DenLors Tools is not liable to you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use of or inability to use the products and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to assisting in replacement, or repair or the value of the products purchased within 30 days of purchase date. Beyond initial 30 days, DenLors Tools is not responsible for assisting in any warranty, manufacturer warranty, claims or repair claims. All conditions are are governed by U.S. federal law and/or the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted only in a state or federal court located in the state of Florida.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, rest assured you can return it in most cases (within 30 days of purchase date). Due to licensing of copyright materials such as products which have built in electronics, i.e., scan tools, videos, CDs, DVDs software, software updates including all brands are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. On other items, to return or exchange, please email your request including the reason for return or request for an exchange. Once your request has been received and approved, we will provide you with a return address and authorization number. Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping must be prepaid and tracking information emailed to us so we can verify your return's arrival to the restocking warehouse. A 20% restocking fee based on the price on the original purchase price will be applied. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered or if any parts or packaging are missing. We will arrange shipment of a replacement product exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested within 5 business days of receipt of your return to our address.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been successfully placed it is not always possible to cancel it. If our customer changes their mind and requests a cancellation, we will do our best to stop the order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders after they have been dispatched to the warehouse. If we are able to cancel and stop the order from being processed, we will void the transaction with no fees applicable. If the order cannot be stopped, the order tracking will be emailed as usual. If our customer wants to return the item at that point, regular return procedures must be followed to insure proper credit less associated restocking fees (see Returns above).
Waiver/Disclaimer

Product descriptions and images are primarily provided by the manufacturers of the products we sell. Sale prices are verified at order fulfillment, if an incorrect price is listed, we reserve the right to void the sale at our discretion. We are not responsible for typographical, pictorial or pricing errors. It is our goal to offer the most complete and accurate automotive tool source possible for our customers. We strive to correct errors in listings and provide improved pictures and item descriptions whenever possible. If you question the accuracy of any of our listings please notify us of your concern prior to purchasing. We welcome any opportunity to improve our website and our product's descriptions. If for some reason we cannot fulfill an order due to a pricing misprint or a product that is out-of-stock you will be notified and refunded the full price of your order. If you receive an item which is significantly different than the description provided, we will accept a return and provide a full refund as long as the item is unused and in sellable condition - we are not responsible for the original shipping costs or expenses incurred for the return shipment.

Military APO's and FPO's

We support our military and want to accommodate when possible. Due to government regulations requiring much more time and attention for processing shipments to military addresses, many tool suppliers choose not to ship to them. DenLors Tools will ship to APO's and FPO's as long as the items are small enough to be shipped in this manner. Truck shipped items cannot be shipped to APO's or FPO's, please note if an item is shipped by truck it will be written in the listing and there will be a notation at checkout. Please contact us for a military shipping quote prior to placing your order. When requesting a shipping quote, please include your name, address, item numbers and quantity. Shipping times usually range from ten to fifteen days for APO's and FPO's. Dependent on total weight of the package, we may provide free shipping on cart totals of $900 and up.

Locksmith Tools Policy

In effort to execute due diligence in NOT supplying locksmith tools for unlawful uses, Wise Auto Tools has enacted the following policy; Locksmith tools such as lockout kits, jimmys, wedges, lock pick sets and related tools designed to bypass locks or latches are only shipped to business addresses. Furthermore, it is required that the business type be in a field which it is reasonable and logical for the business to possess such tools for lawful purposes. Only upon verifying the validity of the business address and business type, will orders of this type be processed. In some cases we may require faxed proof of business license, tax exemption certificate, mechanics license or certificate prior to fulfilling an order for locksmith tools.

Automotive Scan Tool Policy

Our scan tools are equipped with software for the USA market (US emission standards). We will NOT ship scan tools outside the USA or to freight forwarding services for shipment outside of the USA. Scan tools encompass electronics and software, therefore we CANNOT accept returns on these items (see our warranty policies for more information). We will only ship scan tools to either the billing address or to an automotive related business address.

Fraud Prevention

In effort to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent purchases, in some cases we may require further verification of credit card ownership. If we cannot make contact and satisfy validity of the purchase, the transaction will be voided.

General Info

Sales Tax: All shipments within Florida will be charged Florida state tax.

Shipping and Handling: All orders will be shipped using a standard ground shipping service unless otherwise noted or requested.

Warehouse Locations: 98% of all orders get shipped within 24 hours upon payment. Delivery time for ground shipped orders range from 1-6 business days. Tracking information will be forwarded to you by email once it is available. We have warehouses located in North Carolina, New Jersey and Florida. In order to speed delivery, your order will be sent from the closest stocking warehouse to your location.

Delivery Address: We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect "ship to" address you provided. Please provide your complete address including apartment number, unit number or suite number that may apply. If we need to re-ship your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address that you have provided additional shipping charges will apply.

Missing Shipment: If any items are missing please check your email to see if there are multiple shipments to fulfill your purchase. At times we will ship multiple packages to deliver your order. Tracking or confirmation numbers for your order will be sent by email once they are available. Many times shipping companies will leave your package at the door if you are not home. If you are uncomfortable with this you can have your order shipped to your work or a neighbor's house if you prefer. Our responsibility for the whereabouts of your shipment ends after it is delivered and we will provide proof of delivery upon request.

Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages if possible before accepting delivery. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number and warehouse address. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once the damaged item is returned.

Out of Stock: All orders will be filled as complete as possible in order to ship quickly. If any items are out of stock, please re-order at a later date.

Haz-Mat Handling Charge: Shipping companies charge a hazardous materials charge for any combustible items that are shipped. There are some items that will require this fee. If your order will require this fee and it is not already calculated in the shipping costs, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
