Very Satisfied!
We own an auto repair shop and needed spark plug inserts for a 2000 Ford Expedition. Parts were well made and the customer service was exceptional! Pricing is awesome too! Will definitely order from this company in the future.

Great Value, Great Fix
2001 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. Product was delivered on time. Insert is exactly as described. Excellent workmanship and superior material. Fixed the blown plug problem permanently. Plan to put inserts in all 8 cylinders to eliminate the worry of another blown plug.

Great Fix
5.4 Triton stripped spark plug holes are a common problem. This product is a quality solution for this factory design flaw. Due to the quality of this product I am confident this is a permanent solution. Wiseautotools provided OUTSTANDING customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Spark Plug Blowout SOLVED!
I'm an ASE Certified Master Mechanic for over 35 years and this spark plug insert is better than the parts store kits by FAR!. This allows repair of the spark plug threads in a cylinder head without removing it which save tons of down time, labor time and most of all "money". You have to have the kit to do it right, but it's not priced too bad. In fact it's cheaper than most professional repair kits. And don't consider the cheap parts store kits because they are a total waste of money. Be sure to follow the instructions and blow out all the filings with compressed air. A can of brake clean will help to get the last bit of metal debris out. Remember to change the oil afterwards in case some brake clean gets down into the crankcase. A video inspection camera works better than a bore scope for a final inspection before putting the plug in. I've been doing this repair for years in my shop. I wouldn't want to use any other brand!
